Matt and Graig honor another fan vote poll from several weeks ago, and this week, they cover Captain Cold, The Coldest Man on Earth. Captain Cold made his debut in June of 1957 for DC Comics Showcase, which featured Flash against Cold, and one other villain.

Though he has taken on many roles in DC Comics, and faced off against many heroes and villains alike, he as largely stayed the same in his cunning ability and mastery over Cold Based weaponry.
