Upward Niagara: Upward Niagara: Award Recipients- George Osborne & Celebrate Wilson

Many know George Osborne through his leadership at Artpark in 2000, spearheading notable improvements there from creating the highly successful, award winning “Tuesday in the Park” concert series. The Chamber of Commerce knows George in that realm, but has been fortunate to have him serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, then known as the Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce and as a contributing member and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Historic Lewiston Jazz Festival.

The Community Partner Award of the Upward Niagara Chamber of Commerce is given to a business or organization that does the work to lift up the community while working with others to accomplish something bigger than themselves. Celebrate Wilson, a 501 c 3 organization does just that. Celebrate Wilson supports tourism activities & beautification within the Village of Wilson.
