Episode 49 - The Sodder Children

On the night of Christmas Eve 1945, a fire broke out at the home of George and Jennie Sodder. Asleep with them in the home at the time were nine of their ten children. When Jennie awoke to find the house on fire, she called out to her husband to rouse the children. Over the next few moments, confusion and chaos broke out. By the time George and Jennie found themselves standing outside watching their house burn to the ground, they realized five of their children were missing, possibly still in the house. The fate of the children would go down as one of history's most puzzling mysteries.
