History Creeps presents How Bizarre Episode 2 - The Strange Tromp Road Trip

This week marks the beginning of another History Creeps spin-off show - How Bizarre! On each episode of How Bizarre, Chris will be joined by his wife Erin as they explore some of the weirder, more bizarre moments in history.

On this episode, Chris and Erin try to find answers for one of the most bizarre media events to capture Australia’s attention in the past few years. History Creeps presents That's Odd Episode 54 - The Murder of Bruiser Brody

This week, Chris and Johnny welcome Matt Johnson, their co-host on Hardly Kayfabe, as they discuss the “un”solved murder of wrestling legend Bruiser Brody. Working the professional wrestling territories from the 60s through the 80s was a hard business and men like Bruiser Brody were hardened by such work. Known for his stiff and often painful style in the ring, Brody was one of those guys that many wrestlers feared working with, and it may have been what would ultimately cost him his life.

Episode 80 - What Happened to Wood?

On this episode of History Creeps, Chris, Johnny and Carter take a look at one of Hollywood’s biggest mysteries - what happened to Natalie Wood? In the early 80s, at the height of her fame, Natalie Wood would go on a Thanksgiving weekend holiday with husband Robert Wagner and friend Christopher Walken only to be found floating face down in the waters off the coast of California. When questioned, no one knew how she ended up in the waters or how she drowned. All that would change a number of years later.

This week, Chris, Johnny and Carter dig into one of history’s biggest mysteries and dare to ask the question, “What happened to Jimmy Hoffa?” One of the most well known union leaders of the 60s and 70s, Hoffa made a name for himself being a no-nonsense type of guy, proving to be the kind of person who wouldn’t think twice to spit in the face of those that opposed him, even if it was the mob. Unfortunately, it was his brash way of dealing with people that may have sealed his fate.

History Creeps presents That's Odd Episode 51 - Mandela Effect vs Pop Culture Effect

On this special episode of That’s Odd, Carter joins Chris and Johnny for an exploration into the phenomena known as the Mandela Effect. The idea that a whole section of society shared false memories regarding specific moments and items from throughout recent history was brought to public awareness in 2010 when self-described “paranormal consultant” Fiona Broome shared her false memories of the early death of Nelson Mandela. Since then, the internet has exploded with all kinds of instances in which most of the population share a memory that really does not exist. What’s the deal with this strange occurrence? Has there been a weird shift in the time stream? Are we all living in a parallel universe? Or is it merely the influence of Pop Culture Effect?

One of America’s most notorious and well-known serial killers, Ted Bundy has been a constant focal point of fascination in the public’s view. A seemingly good looking, ordinary man, Bundy exuded an air of confident trustworthiness that lulled his victims into a false sense of security.
